Alan came to me in August of 2011, he wanted to make a change. He loved his nights out and would drink at least 3 nights a week. He had bad eating habits and did little or no exercise. On our first session Alan struggled to run 100metres.

After that session he set himself a goal, he wanted not only to lose weight and increase fitness but to actually change his lifestyle. With the help of "EZ Toning" we produced a workout specifically to help Alan achieve his goals. We gave him the tools and he produced the labour, he has transformed his whole lifestyle over the past few months and has never felt better.

He now trains 5 days a week and his eating habits are by the book. He has not finished his journey just yet, he has only just started....

On Christmas day 2011 Alan did a full TRX session and exceeded his 100 metres run by completing a mile run.
